These terms regulate the online sale of MB Brand products to final consumers by EMMEBI EDIL IMBIANCATURE DI MILIONE BIAGIO, an Italian seller.
Essential product characteristics are shown on each product page: model, colour, one adjustable size, price, textile composition, materials, care, safety notes and estimated pre-order shipping date. Textile composition is shown before purchase and will appear on the product label.
MB Brand accessories are everyday textile products and are not personal protective equipment. The customer must follow care instructions and stop using the product in case of breakage, sharp parts or defects that may create risks. Product safety issues may be reported to [email protected].
Products are sold as pre-orders: payment is made at order time, while production and shipping take place after the pre-launch lot is closed. The date shown on product pages is an estimate. In case of relevant delay, the consumer keeps all rights provided by applicable consumer law.
All prices are expressed in euro and include VAT where applicable. Free tracked shipping in Italy. Outside Italy: Tracked worldwide shipping: €49.90, total €133.90. Any import duties and taxes are borne by the recipient according to the destination country rules.
During pre-launch, the website may show the expected launch price next to the pre-order price.
Electronic invoicing is handled according to Italian tax rules. Where necessary, the customer provides tax code, recipient code or PEC during payment or post-order assistance.
Shipping is tracked and free in Italy. Courier delivery times start when the parcel is handed over to the courier, not from the order date. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. To exercise withdrawal, send an explicit statement by email to [email protected].
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, intact, clean, undamaged and complete with packaging and accessories. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The refund includes the amount paid and is made with the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within legal deadlines.
You may use the following template: "I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [product/model], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name and surname, address, order email, date, signature if sent on paper."
All products are covered by the 24-month legal conformity warranty under applicable consumer rules. In case of lack of conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement or other remedies provided by law.
Complaints may be sent to [email protected]. We answer in a traceable way and try to find a direct solution before any external procedure.
Consumers may use available Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies where applicable. The European ODR platform was discontinued and has not accepted new complaints since 20 March 2025; Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the relevant regulation with effect from 20 July 2025.
Italian law applies. For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction rules of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain unaffected.
